There seems to be a bit of misinformation out there in the world that somehow cotton is good because it's natural and synthetics are bad. It's not quite that simple and there are a whole lot of shades of grey involved in fabric production. Conventionally grown cotton is actually one of the worst sources of pollution on earth.
